My love for photography started because I want to help people with my
camera. My passion drives me to do better all the time. It’s my flame without
it I would have no fire. My images speak for themselves!
Sometimes I get a thank you card from my bride and groom that really makes you feel that everything that you do is worth it. I know that I have done a great job and it puts a smile on my face. Alissa, Nick and their families where so much fun to work with. I had a great time!
I had the privilege of photographing my cousin Meredith and John’s new baby Hunter Gianni Chilelli. We had a great studio session that started with the baby sleeping. This gave us the opportunity to create some beautiful portraits. Once we got started we couldn’t stop ideas just kept flowing. Babies change so fast the first year so take a lot of photographs. I look forward seeing him grow up!
What an unbelievable wedding Heather Cenzano and Christopher Grimaldi created! Capitale, the reception hall in the city where the wedding was held, was breathtaking. It started early in the morning with all the girls getting ready. It looked like they where having so much fun. Christopher arrived later on with the groomsman and looked really calm and handsome. They saw each other for the first time before the ceremony in front of Capitale and then we took a ride the Brooklyn Bridge. The light was beautiful and the temperate warm. We had a great photo session and it worked out really well. The ceremony was inside Capitale preformed by Father Salvatore Umana and it looked so gorgeous. My good friend David from DMS Video Productions was easy to work with and captured some marvelous footage. If you would like to see the award-winning trailer please visit dmsvideoproductions.com. The flowers where designed by Atlas Floral Decorators and looked dazzling. The room setup was so beautiful and everything looked so colorful. Everybody danced the night away to the band sounds of Doug Winters. Capitale really did a great job.
This video is from an advanced photography class that I had the honor to teach at the recent ”Portraits in the Park” seminar sponsored by The Professional Photographers of Greater New York, also known as PPGNY. I really enjoyed the experience of teaching and look forward to next time. Thanks to our great friends at DMS Video Productions for creating such an amazing video. Rocco.
We just had the most beautiful day of the year April 25, 2009 ! The weather could not have been better for Tara Principe & Eric Hudson’s wedding. It all started in Brooklyn at Salon Da Noi and then at Hotel Gregory where Tara got ready. Tara had put on a stunning dress supplied by the Bridal Reflections. The girls and I then jumped into this big party bus by Designer Limo and headed out to St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church on Sackett Street in Brooklyn. The church was awesome!
After Church we traveled to Long Island. Their reception was in East Meadow at the elegant Carltun. We created all the photographs outside in the gardens of The Carltun. Video was taped by Motion Pictures and the tuxes came from the Men’s Wearhouse. We had so much fun with the bridal party and although the family session was a little hectic we still pulled it off it time.
They had Flowers by Brian centerpieces, the love ice sculptures, cake and colorful lighting that the room looked unbelievable. Everyone had so much fun dancing and partying, to the band music of Paris, that nobody wanted to sit down. To finish the night off they even had a great after hour party with some brandy and cigars. Nobody wanted to go home!
